Beginner Fencing Classes are being offered to people with no prior fencing experience.
These exciting programs are open to individuals of all levels and abilities.
Fencing provides excellent mental
and physical training. It also helps to develop coordination, dexterity
and physical stamina. This course will teach the basics of footwork and
blade work. Participants will become familiar with the fencing rules
and strategies. Classes begin with warm-up exercises and stretches and
then move on to footwork drills. By the sixth class, students will start
fencing five touch bouts with their classmates. You should try it;
we know you will have a great time! Don't delay, because these classes
fill up quickly!
Class number is limited to sixteen students per class time.
