Fencing Program for Kids
The IFC is Committed to Youth Development

Enrollment is open for Spring Classes

The IFC Fencing Program for Kids (8-16 years old) is organized in four different levels providing its participants with a gradual learning process in a safe environment. Now in its 5th year, the program is headed by coach Ina Harizanova with the help of Illinois Division President and coach Fernando Delgado. The positive atmosphere created by the coaches and the club allows children to learn cooperation and competition, how to win and loose, and how to negotiate possible conflicts with peers.  Participants progress on their own terms from level to level, and find out if fencing is the sport they want to focus on.  The program offers great opportunities for children interested in competing at the local and national level as well as recreational fencing.

For further information please e-mail Ina Harizanova at Ina2H@hotmail.com or call 773.588.6244.

All classes are held at Lions Memorial Park.
