The Illinois Fencers Club is offering an Epee Class for children who wish to compete at local and national level tournaments. Participants will learn advanced footwork, blade work, rules, strategy and bouting. We start our sessions with coordination exercises and stretches, move on to footwork and finish the warm-up with a conditioning segment.  Next, we put on the fencing gear and begin the blade work! Students will learn to use their fingers to get touches at impossible angles. And your four, six and two parries will work better than you ever thought possible. This is a great class for students preparing for their high school season.  This session ends just before high school season starts.

Note: No class on June 30, July 3 and 7
